transporting bike by train to eastern europe?

Thinking about a 3 week ride through eastern europe and having ridden round western europe I'm under no illusions as to how long it can take to get somewhere so I'm wondering if anyone knows of any way of transporting bike by train to the likes of croatia?
 
When I asked a similar question recently, Whatton came up with AutoZug :thumb

If you click on the "Open Interactice Graphic" it shows they connect to Rijeka in Croatia.

I've done Koln (no longer an option!) to Villach a couple of times to kill off the big mileage overnight and German Railways are very efficient. Also, you can book online now which is a good move!
