the wife may be putting a block on pyrenees trip says its too long to leave kids at home, well they are only 5 and 6-kidding!

was wondering if there is any seaside resort in this area to base ourselves at while exploring the picos

There are lots of little towns along the Costa Verde, adjacent to the Picos. San Vicente de la Barquera, Llanes, Comillas for a start. Ribadesella is a good one too, like Dutch says

Ribadesella was perfect for my g/friend too - she relaxed on the beacg while I did my riding in the hills - good arrangement
