Easy!
On this list http://www.vegvesen.no/trafikk/vegmeldinger/rapport/index.jsp?report_id=4 you'll find a list of roads that are closed in the winter (vinterstengt) and roads closed at night in the winter (nattestengt).
Make a route including the roads on the list in the south part of Norway and TA-DAAA! :thumb2

On this lit you'll find roads with trouble but they try to keep them open. http://www.vegvesen.no/trafikk/vegmeldinger/rapport/index.jsp?report_id=3
Kolonnekjøring = in the winter; all have to wait for the big snowplow so all cars and vehicles are driving together over the mountain.
Kolonnekjøring-roads are fun too in the summer! They try to keep those roads open because there some people living in the are...;)

Those lists are changing all the time, so make notes now - in May the list is wery short! Some roads opens in June.

Me? Oh I'm happy close to Oslo in the south east - not often they close a road here because of the weather!

:) Liv.
