New cameras on M4?

Heading home from London today, I noticed what lloked like new camera warning signs on the M4 after the elevated section, heading West, ie between the elevated section and junction 3.

Didn't see any cameras tho'.

Are they there? Have another few £10000s of tax payers cash been blown?

I was leaving London a few weeks ago, heading west on the M4 and came across a few 'specs' type looking cameras towards Reading... cant remember the exact whereabouts.

May not be specs, may be traffic cameras, but they were certainly 'double' camera jobbies
