I'm looking at buying an 08 12gs, I'm concerned about reliability issues and there's so much information on this site...i'm confused.
I know about the fuel pump controller, are there any other problems to look out for?

EWS ring (immobiliser) - need to check it's the latest version - the correct part number is lurking on the site somewhere.

good point, the mobile phone network is infinatly beter in morocco than the uk
