Why does my message box think it's full but it's not???

Why do i get an E-Mail which says PM box full when i have only used about 40% Does it everytime and yet it says 53 messages in folders when there is only about 15?

What Folders?
When i go into Folders there is nothing there?

Can someone explain to me where i am going wrong?

Try deleting stuff from your Sent Items folder Dave :D

Catches us all out at some point.
