I've had a new voltage rectifier, take it off the bike and check the back for signs of overheating/burnt wires. It's a bit of a lottery but mine had issues and fingers crossed is now sweet as a nut.
The inline fuel filters in the quick connector in fuel line should be changed frequently, the tank one every 30 hours or so if you follow KTM maintenance schedule.
Where are you based? My local shop in Chester have been excellent in sorting out the issue.
Motion Pro tools have a brilliant little battery operated injector cleaner, not cheap but worth its money IMHO.
