Yes original Goldie with offset baffle, but it doesn't have the famous 'twitter'.....It's only a 350cc.

Well, six registrations apart! (this was supposed to be in reply to post #274 by Powerful Pierre)

This is my second Hailwood, had the first from 1984-1997 which was one of the original production run, number 27.

From my post 274 & TimG post746 above

My Laverda 3C and my daughter on the Hailwood Rep.

The DBD 34 Gold Star is currently spread through every cupboard in the garage but hopefully back on the road next year .:augie

Seven years later the Hailwood is awaiting a carb. rebuild & the Laverda 3C awaits a top end strip down 'cos some twat forgot to put the camchain tensioner strip in after replacing the head gasket .:banghead:

The Gold Star has still not hit the road yet but the engine & ancilliares are now fully rebuilt and the gearbox supports a shiny new Nova 5 speed cluster . £5000 down and probably another £5000 to go on rechroming , stoving , wheel rebuilding , painting ,etc.etc. Good job it only cost me £125 48 years ago !!

In the meantime these 2 have joined the menagerie .
