Zumo & Google Earth

Can anyone please help me with a problem I'm having getting Google Earth Plus to recognise the existence of my Zumo. Everything starts off ok then I get a message telling me "cant find device Garmin. Check connections and restart device". I'm thinking it may be a setting. I say that like I know what I talking about. I might like to add that I'm not the sharpest knife in the draw when it comes to computers.Any help would be realy appreciated .........

Its working but only after the suggestion made by Watton above.
On "Automatic" I see only some "peage" services (I think it is)
After turning this "services" on, I see the full works.

Perhaps it is supposed to do so, but I only get the waypoints, and not any of the MS maps showing at the same time.

Further: The Netherlands seems not to have any waypoints?? Wereas Germany moslty has campgrounds, and France en the UK have mostly food ...

The waypoints itself are not listed in the waypoints tab. So how do you transfer any of them to your GPS ??
