I'm interested to hear why you think BMW should have a new battery provided to you, wherever you are, at any time of the day/night?
Should BMW get a spares department to open up on a Sunday and get you a battery delivered to you at the roadside?
It's interesting as I work in a support role and am on a rota where I could be sent to anywhere in Europe/Asia/Africa at a moments notice, if the customer's willing to pay, that is. So the and me get handsomly renumerated and the customer gets help as soon as in passibly practical.
Would you have paid for some Belgian to drop everything, head into work, open up the spares dept, get a battery and deliver it to you on a Sunday? I think it would be a nice option to offer, although the price/benefit of a £400 battery would deter most.
I hope it happens to you, nice and early on a Sunday morning, when getting somewhere is really important to you, then you can answer your own question. Oh, and btw, it's 'handsomely', 'remunerated' and 'possible'
