Loading City Nav from PC to Zumo

Ok, here is the situation, I've loaded Europe CN 9.0 on my pc, found my waypoints, created routes, loaded BMW dealer files in gdb. format (from this forum).
What I need help with, is loaded the info into my Zumo.

I've purchased a City Navigator Europe NT v9 preprogrammed data card, do I load this before connectiong the Zumo to the PC?
Can I have North America, and Europe on the Zumo at the same time?

Please help this noob, I leave Tuesday morning, and I'm starting to get a little nervous!

Ok, I installed a blank SD card, installed the map sets to the SD card drive :F and the way points and routes to the drive :E is this necessary with the SD card from Garmin CN Europe NT UK&cIreland Version 9, or does the SD card from Garmin, come with the map set? Can I work on the routes via my PC, load waypoints and routes to the Garmin drive :E, and use the Garmin SD card for the map sets?
