I change my own tyres and have done since I've been riding bikes. A great video and only two points need to be taken into account when changing road tyres:

1. You won't break the bead as shown you'll need some sort of bead breaker.
2. Most road tyres have a paint mark on the sidewall showing the lightest spot on the tyre and this should be aligned with the heaviest spot on the rim which is usually where the valve is.
