After two months of waiting, several phone calls, pleading etc. Alteberg finally got round to making my boots. Bring on the blitzkrieg, I am prepared

And for the ladies...

SWMBO (not to be outdone) also got her hands (or feet) into some lovely little dinky Stormtrooperess bootees. They seem to have a thicker sole (helpful when you're vertically challenged... OUCH!)

And quite a nice ride was had through scenery that reminds me of home. Bolton Castle was visited but not entered at a £5 a pop
