See? I told you not to worry about cosmetics coz you were bound to come off at some point! Trust you to ding my tank.

Glad you escaped injury. Most things on the bike can be fixed but broken bones can be a pain.

Seems like a bad experience turned into a good one with all the help from those guys and that's what it's all about.

Stay safe and keep the stories coming :thumb2

Hello Everyone.
So here I am. In Iran. so far so good. After this accident i had in turkey i started to feel that i am not ready for this. That you cannot undertake such trip on your own just after 2 years riding the bike. I felt that i won't make it to the end. That all this is to much for me. You know, usual thoughts when something goes wrong. Once i hit the road good fellings came back.
I feel now that I CAN DO IT!! and you guys, every each one of you, who keep fingers crossed for me, who read my blog (and enjoy it;)) who donated money is responsible for this. Thank you very much and be sure that i will make you proud:thumb
thanks to you all, my wife and friends (this is like after winning an Oscar)
Iran is a great place. People are super friendly but sometimes even to much. I am like a space alien you know. Whenever you show up be sure you won't be alone longer then 1 minute. I know that they just want to talk but trust me, after hundreds of times answering same questions you just don't speak. You shake your head that you don't understand and you leave.
guys, keep an eye on my blog. Hope to come up with some nice stories in near future. Now just waiting for my money to come from Scotland and then i hit the road direction Pakistan, where woman are invisible.
take care.
thank you
i would not be here without you.

Keep the posts coming Marcin ...

The blog makes great reading and simply confirms yet again that politicians need to travel more! Keep on practicing the Farsi!

Hello frinds,
it's been a while. Since 9 days I am struggling with pakistani traffic. Who has experienced this madness before me know what i am talking about. You have to have eyes around your head. I have lost count of how many times i've been pushed off the road!!bloody trucks. Country also is far from what I expected. Dusty, dirty, hot but no direct sunshine. Everything clouded. Riding here is super exhausting! Eye drops, pain killers and aspirin is a must.
Sorry for lack of pictures and stories in my blog. I will work on that once i stop for longer in one place. Bear with me. Best regards from Islamabad.

i am writing to you from Pokhara, a beautiful (full of tourist :( town in even more beautiful Himalaya. I have made it. I am not really at the end of my journey but i am in Nepal, which is a great achievement for me. In few days i should arrived in Kathmandu and see people from VSN. Today i have met few guy from Hearts & Tears Pokhara Motorcycle Club and i am having beer with them in 2 hours. All of them have stuning examples of superb machinery - Royal Enfields. Owner of the club said they can fix my tank which is a good news. It may turn out that i will stay a little longer here. Thank you guyd for all the donations and support through these 3 months. Hope you enjoyed it. I promise to preper a proper report after i get back home for christmas.
Take care
