Cafes, coffee stops and favourite greasy spoons in the West Midlands

Let us know your recommendations for your favourite biker food drink stop, a GPS waypoint would be good.

    Transport CAfe at Quatford, Bridgnorth

I'll make a start with the transport cafe at Quatford on the A442 just south of Bridgnorth.

Touchdown Cafe at Wellesbourne airfield, well worth a visit. BUT, be warned it does get very very busy......including lots of lyca clad people.

Sorry, but if it hasn't got wheels, or a pair of tits or if its not covered in chocolate, then quite frankly, I'm not really that interested.....

I'm a fiddler, I like to turn screws just because they are there.

    British Camp, Malverns, Worcestershire

One is at the junction right at the top and is nothing more than a green shack, with no seating area. However it is a good stopping point on the way home from the Welsh borders. There are public toilets just around the corner too, saves pissing in the bushes.

The next one is a real olde worlde cafe with stunning views overlooking the Black Mountains. I have attached a waypoint for the cafe but that is not the exact location.

If you are coming from British Camp, it will be on your lefthand side and you have to ride down a short unsurfaced road to get to it. But it is well worth the effort in finding it.

    Riverside Cafe, Evesham.

Down a unsurfaced track towards the river, well worth a visit, I would 100% endorse the bread & butter pudding here.

Those that have been on runs in the past with me, will know that I always make a point of stopping here.

    Crossgates, Llandrindod Wells, Powys

Gets very busy in the summer with sports bike riders. But would recommend the chicken tika baggette 'n' chips.

    Low fat option of course.
