Plastic coating

I want to get my plastic coated pannier frames back to bare metal.

Anyone know the best way of doing this.

Not looking for "suggestions" as in "have you thought of sand blasting" because I can think of several ways it could be done. I'd really like to know the best way of doing it from someone who knows :thumb2

Just use a Angled paint striper or a Blade.
Its a half an hours Work.
