Has anyone told Broomfield about the event? When I tried to book via email they'd heard nothing about it and wanted to know how many people etc

Stumpy posted this in Post 1 but in view of your comment it might be an idea to let the site know about the event to forewarn them :thumb2

Please book direct with the campsite but let us know you are attending the event

Better leave it to Stumpy. He'll know who wants what :thumb2

I suspect that there'll be more than 10 if other Clans events are anything to go by :beerjug:

How far is the camp site from the place where everyone will be drinking beer?

Hi rico

Thanks for the offer but we'll just let people book their own camping rather than do a block booking. Same with the B&Bs etc. We are just taking bookings for the bunkhouse and hotel rooms at the moment.

The Arch Inn backs onto the campsite. Ceilidh Place bunkhouse and hotel are just across the road and other pubs well within staggering distance. Also a decent Indian restaurant at Campsite entrance plus take away doing breakfasts if you can't be bothered cooking.
