It has to be the most fantastic job ever, to be given a total novice and have/him her ride a motorcycle and watch their excitement and elation as they realise their dream. Job satisfaction by the bucket load!

for me thats the best buzz out of the whole experience.
one that no monetary reward comes even close to.
but i have it easy - i only train part time, completely on my own terms, training willing, listening, open minded Trainees. from Novice to Advanced and potential Instructors.
monetary reward?
