    We were there in September.

    There is a campsite at Port Ellen that is cheap and camping amongst the dunes is fun. The wind did for our tarp At the other end of the scale we spent two nights at the Port Charlotte hotel which is stunning. There are about 200 malts behind the bar. Pricy though.

    I am not sure the island is ready for that many tossers. The tour at Ardbeg is way better IMHO
