No more :beer: or more to the point :ChrisKelly for a wee bit then. Need to keep up on the :eek:onyack to burn the calories. Closing date 21st of July. Target is a picture when I was good deal younger :eek:

it's not the weight that's the target apparently, it's more the flubbery bits that have to be replaced by lean tight muscle. She's obviously not cottoned on that a certain "physique" goes with the Tosser image:augie

Ah well, it'll be good to get my backside in gear for a bit of training I guess.:weights

painfully slow :D Worst part of it is I've decided to slow down my intake of :beer: somewhat.

At least it's another £250 in the roadfund if I succeed, which is worthwhile...
