    There may be commemorative certificates issued by York-Plod in their cars they can't afford to paint.

    They are out in force on the A65 on Weekends as it's a very popular biking road with frequent casualties. It is a heavily policed road with speed limits of 40mph in sections. Unmarked cars abound.
