Ardara area? Can't remember the exact name.
Just out of Doochary on the way back to Fintown you can spot it

nice area, used to stay outside Glenties & passed through Finntown manys a time, is there still a small gauge railway still in the valley?, think there is a Rally held at the pub up there which as far as i can remember is/was owned by a guy from Hilltown.
Yup.there's an old bus runs on it There's a family rumour my granda did some of the adaptions to the bus / railcar He was a chief enginerr of the UTA

There's also a great legend about the lake involving giants or a female Irish warrior or somesuch. Never seen the railway working, normally sheep on the line.
