    Smile Joybringer's Alps piccies

On the way through Fransez, I saw a tree.

This is a view of the most magnificent vista, of a fortified French city on the edge of an escarpment. But I had left the lens cap on.

Oh, how we drank to excess. Whilst Dom pleasured himself with an ExPed

    A French pussy

The boys had arrived in Vevey

    Bottle-man wore shades this season

The dam looked better from the bottom

The Matterhorn attacked by a giant bee

The spinsters of Bellinzona were well up for it. Oh, how they needed to fill their paper doillies with a chocolate eclair.

There was a stranger in town, and he wore a mankini

    The menu was in foreign-speak

I was trying to get a close up of the lesser-snouted gnat on the rock to the left, but ended up with this poor shot. Sorry gnat fans.

Village People Workmen were out on Gavia Pass

There was a tightrope walker here, juggling apples, in a very precarious position, but I just didn't have a wide angle lens.

    The curse of drink

Lee had something in his eye, and Ray pretended not to notice

The remote only came to light in the morning

The toilet in the Seehof was dual aspect, with panoramic views

There was a nice lake, between the trees and the road

    Even the camera got hungover

The Swedish Tanning Team were stood under this clock in Vevey

It turned out to be one of Dom's better ideas

Finally, the last night in Vevey turned out to be hungry work

    Bollox.

Too busy playing with new toy this weekend

...went south and saw my son and daughter, and my brother as it was his Birthday, and had five lovely hours with my granddaughter - first visit since about February

Trouble is, new job is very satisfying, so less propensity to skive: so that only leaves evenings and weekends. Most evenings, Mr Peroni pays a visit, so I may try this weekend.

    If I can be arsed...
