Great day boys and as for the ride out!!! Oh what a day. Fell asleep on the settee at about 8pm and was ordered to bed at 9, too tired to bother asking for the other :D

Just arrived home after a trip up to Betws y Coed This morning and a gentle un through the lanes via Lake Vyrnwy. Great day out, although I can hardly walk now ! My thighs fel as though I've had a good kicking.

I can hardly walk now - my legs have seized up :eek but still a v :cool: day :D
