Just arrived home after a trip up to Betws y Coed This morning and a gentle un through the lanes via Lake Vyrnwy. Great day out, although I can hardly walk now ! My thighs fel as though I've had a good kicking.

warm welcome,
chillaxed pace up and down the big hill,
fandabidozi (sp?) scenery all over the gaffe,
nice pootle back on the bike,
great bunch of tossers

- all in all, well worth the 3.50am alarm :thumb2
