to CHAINSPEED
I bought a Super Pro Automatic from Autocom 6 months ago. Obviously they are no longer and are now owned by a different company (none too helpful as it turns out if you have a problem with an Autocom product that should still be under warranty).
Anyway, the seat had squished the aux lead which unbeknown to me had shorted the circuit board.
Sam Wray, MD of Chainspeed and a big dealer of Autocom products, managed to solder the affected circuit when he could have charged me for another board (£115+VAT)
Me and a couple of mates popped in to his place on a bimble into Wales yesterday, his wife made us tea and coffee whilst Sam fettled the Autocom, and he didn't even want me to pay him, so I left a donation to his beer fund!
I would wholeheartedly reccommend him, great service in this day and age
