sytem4 helmet speaker question

Has anyone experience of fitting speakers into sysem 4.
I tried to put speakers in on velcro in ear cutouts but this is uncomfortable.
Unclipped lining & removed it & found what appears to be a recess in polystyrene under the glued in thin leather pieces above each ear cutouts,
Are these for speakers?
All help on this matter will be gratefully received as I am unwilling to start pulling the helmet to pieces untill I have more information

Having done this recently I can help.

With the neck support removed (2 poppers and then pull away from the clips around the edge) you will find 2 flaps velcroed. Undo these and you will find the cutouts for the speakers.

That's right.

And depending on the size of your speakers, you can enlarge the cutouts with a soldering iron. The material melts away nicely.

Does anyone know if the System 4 Evo flip front helmet also has the recesses for the speakers.
