That's very nice of you, Phil, thanks!

And you, Emmsy, stop babbling, please - you are neither weak nor feable and perfectly capable of pushing and pulling a lardy GS (as proven last weekend... ). So you will be absolutely fine on the DR - you have done the route before and remember: we are all in this together and no one gets left behind; that's the beauty of riding in a group...

Looks like my team is now complete:

    1. Pumpy (RL) 1150GS
    2. Finn, Ténéré
    3. Rowan, 990Adv
    4. Mark H-W, R100GS
    5. Andy, 1150GS
    6. Emmsy Poo, DR650
    7. Tinatrim, 1150GS
    8. Possu (TE) 950SE

As soon as I know when the Hand Hotel is serving breakfast, I will post the starting time for our ride-out.

    Hi Pumpy,

I seem to have missed the boat on this one. There are 2 of us after slots on a novice rideout - If anyone drops out please let me know.

    We are both on 1150GS's

    Thx

    Rsstler

    Thanks Pumpy,

I did see you note about tools and spares.

Wanted to ask, are MX boots a must have? Or are my road boots acceptable?

Hopefully she will be riding her own bike and not jumping on the pillion of unsuspecting passers by

It depends how much you value your feet and ankles... We had a broken leg once that could have been avoided if the guy had worn proper offroad boots.

    Bloody typical!

Ela's ride - full and oversubscribed.

Greg's ride (AKA Billy Few Mates) - loads of spaces.

Ela.... seen as you have 4 Dirty Girls which dominate your ride, does this mean that the men have to wear the pink dresses and do exactly as told by us?????

Well, Possu is worried that the pink clashes with the orange of his KTM, but he is more than happy to do as he is told (that's what he's used to anyway... )

My pleasure, Rsstler. Thanks for Aidjay's name and good luck with the MX boots. Btw, I would try to borrow some from a mate first - there is a slight possibility that you don't like that trail riding stuff after all...
