    THE HAMSTERS playing friday night

    TWO BLUES BAND FOR 2010 HOGRAOST

    FRIDAY night "THE HAMSTERS"

    SATURDAY night "THE SMOKEHOUSE BLUES BAND"

    These bands are all in the HOGRAOST price.

    Visting fans of these groups and not part of HOGRAOST will be charged £10 entry as normal.

    blimey - the real ones? they are f*cking awesome - one of the best live bands I've ever seen.

    Not just a regular pub band, these guys have played some big venues and festivals and are into their 21st year of playing on the professional circuit.

    They are absolutely effing brilliant. Explosive blues rock with some superb ZZ Top and Hendrix covers thrown in. Their guitarist (Slim) can play Hendrix as good as Hendrix himself - really.

    The Hamsters play Exeter and Tavistock at least once a year, always a sell out..
    I've never seen a bad set from them yet...

    I used to watch them at the triangle in Bournemouth in 91, couple of times at other places as well. They were once supporting Dr. Feelgood at Poole, when the Hampsters finished at least half the audience left (including us) Gonna have to come to the Hogroast now
