Triumph Tiger 1050

Aye it certainly does, I've always had thou sports bikes, blades and R1's for years, so you kind of get used to decent stuff, always had aftermarket shocks on them and fork internals, when i got the Tiger I had to stop and check it didnt have a hinge in the middle!! ...terrible, sorted now though :beerjug:

Hi, welcome to the wacky world of UKGSer. I had a Tiger 1050 for a few years, they are very good bikes, I think mine was one of the most comfortable motorcycles I've ever ridden. I eventually swapped it for new Guzzi Stelvio NTX last October.
Was your photo taken at the pass on the way to Applecross?

Cheers mate, Yes it was, on one of our Scotland trips a couple of years back..love Scotland..

Just an update........

66 was the Tiger 1050... that's 3 bikes ago now :blast

Got £6250 when I sold it ;)

I've got some catching up to do as I have only owned 16 bikes since 1978 (and I still have three of those). That might give me something to do when I retire in 48 hours time:D
