Gert’s Funeral will be held on Wednesday, 20th October at 1335.
West Chapel Aberdeen Crematorium
All are respectfully invited.
Motorcycles were a major part of Gert’s life, and as such Anette feels it would be most fitting for those that are attending, and are able to, if they would escort Gert by motorcycle from the rest home in Inverurie to the Crematorium. We will be departing at 12.45 from Eric Massie Funeral Services, 76 High, Street, Inverurie. AB51 3XS
Anette has requested that it be family flowers only with any donations going to Stella’s school scheme, Heather Armstrong will pass me details shortly.
For those travelling and wishing to stay please contact me I will try and assist.
Any further information I will pass on, but if you have any question please feel free to contact me.

Warmest regards

Hi Dave,

I will be up for the day only arriving into Aberdeen airport at 07:55 and heading out again at 19:35. Have hired a car so happy to ferry anybody about if required.

All the best and looking forward to seeing you all again despite the sad circumstances.

Cheers

Glen

Bhud, glad to have caught up with you this evening on the phone, sorry it was under these circumstances.

As stated, I am hoping to make it up, but am tied to a 24 hour window from Ireland and return. If the timings work out, I should be there, but will be shooting off home again immediately after the service.

Stevie.

Lisa and I would have ridden up but unfortunately commitments mean we are both over in the USA.

We've donated to Stella's school scheme, not that it's a substitute for being there in person.

The Hopeville Social Club, Harlaw Road, Inverurie--http://hopeville-social-club.co.uk/--will be open from 11.30 on Weds 20th to provide teas coffees bacon rolls sausage rolls loos whatever to those gathering for Gerts funeral. It is a few minutes drive from the undertakers and has a large car park. Kelvin, the catering man is coming in on his day off as a special favour to us, and has got a mate--Norman Robertson, a good guy from the BMW Club-- coming in to help to save waitress expenses.

I need to give him some ideas on nos, so let me know by Mon. pm

Someone cleverer than me could probably put a map on here?

I'm also going to put this on the other place.

Will be there.

How many are riding on the day?
I ask because I don't have a car and would not like to upset anyone by being on the bike.
