    you should have seen the skilled way he managed to get his leg between the pannier and the sand,he was thinking about buying new panniers so wanted to do as much damage to the old ones as possible.
    funny enough the mark on his ankle was a lot worse than the mark on the pannier
    defender of the midlands

    Seems to be largely healed

    It was alot better on Sunday and survived the 450 miles home without too much bother.

    Today my whole leg is rather stiff, but the ankle is holding up well.
