Scooters in the Sahara the saga continues

Is it my eyes, or does that brown coloured bike have a white B&Q light switch on it? :D

:blast Thats the specialist UK ignition switch :D

The engines for both of those are in the process of rebuilding, parts for 6 volt C90's are hard to find, unless you go Chinky and they are crap parts :(

Is that 4th 12 volter for sale Proff ? I'm still trying to source a really nice electric start one for Mariama.

I can't pm you Dennis, so I'll let you contact Sid..
The RED 12 volt [without Callum rd sticker] has a 'leccy start engine and leg guards..
but NO leccy start right hand switch set :nenau
Might be able to source a set tho' if the owner wants to flog bike to you..
It's short notice BUT I'd do my best to get that one fully up to spec inc MOT if
owner will flog it you.....

Think that should read we'd do our best, as it is currently on the ramp being worked on.:augie

The red 12V has already had the engine stripped and cleaned up. Wheels have been removed and everything cleaned up and checked. I bought and fitted new battery for it. Just needs carb cleaning and general fine tuning and it should be ready to trailer up to MOT garage.

I'll send you more details via PM.

Sid

Well ...

... they're off; just got a text from Dennis and they have set sail for the Spanish Main(land) :D

Portsmouth to Santander, then offload the mighty C90's with only Spain, Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal and The Gambia to do, before a safe and timely arrival at Bansang hospital in about 3 weeks.

Good luck and God speed :thumb2
