Campbeltown - Norn Irn Ferry - again.

The BBC report that again we might get the ferry back again:

It suits me - a much preferable route to Ulster rather than the drag past Glasgow and down to Troon or Stranraer.

Will they take bikes into consideration in their plans though? Their website http://www.kintyreexpress.com/ferry service.html seems to only mention a passenger service.
Missed opportunity or a route that will never be viable for bikes/cars?

I was going to make a jokey remark about the boat in the picture, then checked the page describing the ferry - a rigid inflatable, they don't do them very big!

Like you say, would be great if they could put a bigger boat on the route.

They did build a hellish big new ramp and terminal.
It would make a right good run.
