Steve Saunders wins and leads the World Championship......................by day he used to spanner your BMW @ BVM Moto in Stroud - you've probably met him and never knew

Blimey that takes me back, I remember it well and being god smacked by the skills on display.

I live just up the road from Butser chalk pits were most of the sections were.

I also watched a big european enduro at Weavers Down near Liphook when I was a nipper (many decades ago), where there were interesting Jawa's, CZ's and MZ's. Same place where they hold the Natterjack today.
 
Steve's a really nice guy, Still rides (a Beta) and still kicks arse, I used to marvel at how he found grip in impossibly muddy steep sections. Was a works HRC Honda Rothams rider on the RTL 360 and should of been a world champ many times (Was runner up in 1986 and was British champion 10 times). Has a trial school too, if you want to be taught by one the best.
