you should have given me a ring ,i was up the hill in the van yesterday, hope you got it sorted

What's he broke on his bike now ?

NOWT:pullface:pullface

But I do have issues with the people who fitted the improved Fuel Pump Controller:mad::mad:.
When I went to fixit school a gasket only works when it is properly fitted so it does not allow water to fill the viod under the FPC and thereby drive the computer crackers:blast

A big thank you to Petcul and we wont say anything about the incident: :aidan will we.

Normal sevice is now resumed :beerjug:

Maybe the lesson is not to wash the bike :augie:augie

Had the same bother with mine on the way to Ireland in heavy rain last year.
Used silicon to seal it instead of the gasket since.

If you are going to sit down SIT ON YER BIKE AND RIDE IT :green gri:type

Just an update:-

Bike now fixed and tested :JB:ChrisKelly

It was the Fuel Pump Controller, caused by the rubber gasket being fitted incorrectly:mad: and a lake of water causing the unit to short out:eek::eek:

The fix was a NEW controller @ £85:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

And I will make a roadside fix using the plugs off the old controller:thumb2

A bit breezy at Hartside today but the coffee was OK :mmmm
