Looks a bit like KTM'S 640 adventure.
They look far better than the stock bike. Where did you see that ?

The hump is easily flattened by a seat specialist, what I would be after is a more tractable engine (i.e. pull below 3000rpm in higher gears), and spoked tubeless wheels. The move to an 18-in rear means Tubliss is possible. I wonder whether the 720cc conversion helps flexibility.

i think your right tim in what you said ,but boy does it look good

Yep from off the road de, all the parts are available separately including engine work as well. Would make for a really nice bike i think.
