Exmoor Explorer 4th-6th May 2012

I assume if camping you can just turn up without booking and pay on arrival?

Still not sure if I can make it, if I can get away see you there

i'd suggest sharing a caravan, but you're probably too rufty tufty :p

Phoned the camp site this morning they said just turn up and pay the pitches are ready after 12 oclock

Eddie
@ cookie are you going to this one then

Cal and I will be there :)

Not sure when, or how. For a complicated set of reasons we may even be in the car, but we'll be there somehow.

Blimey, i go away for the weekend and come back to posts galore... mostly fears about drizzle!:D
Anyhow, as i post this, it's sunny and warm down here in Devon and, following a peek at the long term forecast for the weekend, it's hopefully going to be fair-ish weather.

Saturday

Sunday

Looking forward to the biggie on Sunday folks!

Just for Beano

As Beano's coming down Thursday, here's the lunchtime forecast for Friday.

Quick weather check out of the lounge window ...
Sun's shining in Wivey

Todays look out of the weather window on the edge of Exmoor.
Dry, a little overcast but pleasantly warm :thumb2

It's looking like a chilly breeze will be blowing in from the north over the weekend. but don't worry folks; the site's on the south side of Exmoor and sheltered by the hills to the north and mature shrubs and trees around the camping field.:JB

Is the site well drained, another lot of anti-drought is on the way tonight?
