I've just had an email from Zena, reminding me that she'd asked what dining arrangements we fancied. She said about offering a set menu with 3 or 4 choices of mains and desserts, which sounds a good, and hopefully cost effective option. I've said that events usually run without too much formal organisation, and that people like to eat from the normal menu when they're ready, rather than all sitting down together and bombarding the chef with a lot or orders all at the same time.
However, there may be too many of us for the usual menu to cope with, in which case the set menu option will be available.
If you chaps and chapesses are ok with the latter option, or would prefer to choose from the usual menu, let me know so i can liaise with Zena and try to work out what's best.
