thank feck thats over, can hardly move feel like shite. great way to spend a sunday cant wait till next year. results are out . we did'nt come last untill the next one......back to drinking !!!!

Half pint sorted am entry for me , jagermeister and the daughters boyfriend.

It was a classic Autumn weekend in thetford forest with a 12 mile lap , time allowance for the lap began at 61 minutes and ended at 32 minutes on lap four, 12 miles does not sound much but it was a real challenge and very enjoyable.
