This is my first thread on the forum. So big hello.

I own an F800 GS and I've been going down to ABW for sometime. I was on a ride out with friends today when I noticed that my chain was slack after only 1k after having it serviced. I was only round the corner from ABW so I popped in to see if Jonno could fit me in. I was offered a brew and began chatting to various customers. Jonno without even being told about the problem, put my bike on the ramp and began sorting my chain out. Brilliant service. If you've never been, I strongly recommend you have a look.

I just like to say I have no connection to ABW except being a customer.
 
I had my bike serviced at an authorised dealership 1k miles ago. The bike has only done 13k in total. Looks like the chain is knackered because it was so slack after such a short distance.

Anyway the purpose of the thread was to say thanks all at ABW publicly.
