Which One ??

that triumphs a nice looking bike, i allso considered getting one ,and keeping the f800 as well . but in the end ,considering what i really do on a bike ,and the miles i ride ,i plumbed fpr the larger harley .
but would still like a triumph at some stage .

I'm almost decided (I think) that my next bike is going to be a 2nd hand Bonnie that I can tinker with a bit and change the stuff that I don't like so much, however ... I haven't actually ever ridden one (going to take one out next week) and someone was telling me last night that they were a bit boring, a bit pedestrian and felt cramped to sit on. I didn't think it felt cramped when I sat on one and was wondering how you were getting on with the performance because your riding style certainly couldn't be called slow! I don't actually want a rapid quick bike anymore, just something that is comfy and capable of doing what I want. Sunny days out, a few weekenders, holiday in France & beyond and maybe some commuting on nice days.

Bonny

Performance is adequate.

Cruise 80mph all day relaxed comfortable riding position.

Seat not the best but Gel option available.

Fit rear rack and screen for touring.

Not a motorway bike more at home on A and B roads.

902 Big bore kit available if you want more power.

Sounds ideal and yeah the old guy I was talking to at the Triumph dealer said the gel seat was a must.
