All done before I saw the PM no need to cut facet pump and managed to put two bolts to bike.
Fired up and running
nice one , might be worth you putting up a how to for the vara boys in XRV , you never know you might fire some life into the place
1. Remove bash plate four allen keys
2. turn off fuel either side of petrol tank
3. remove the fuel lines in and out
4. disconnect old fuel pump just under near side of tank
5. remove old pump including wiring all the way from under tank
6. cut old wires and connect facet red to honda blue and black
7. connect black facet wire to green wire from honda wiring
8. put in brass connectors with right angled connector for fuel out
9. on the bike, bend the old pump holder down and bold facet to old hole
10. connect fule tubes, rerun the fuel out tube so it runs nicely
11. rerun the wiring and connect to socket just under tank
12. put back on bash plate
Fire up the bike once you have turned the fuel back on...
Voila, I soldered my wires and used self - amalgamating tape to keep it waterproof.
It is unnecessary to cut anything
dont know mate , the place seems to be dying a death since it was taken over
