I agree, I've just bought a Versys 1000 in white, great bike but not as nice looking as the 650

I bought a Mk1 08 Versys last October and I love it. The R1100GS hasn't had a look in since. Ok, so maybe on a very long cross continent journey I think I might prefer the BMW, but I'm not so sure.

I have to say I really rate the latest Versys 650 highly. Since selling my Ducati MTS 1200 two weeks ago, I've been using my other half's Versys 650 until I take delivery of my GSA and I think it's a cracking bike. Solid, nimble and good fun, and a decent looking bit of kit too.
