Looks good that. Remember to get the photos of it in the snow.

Great bikes these. Good for well over 100'000 miles (knew one with 245'000). Just don't forget the spare oil. My old one used a gallon every thousand miles. That was three and a half per week on average.

Val.

Not mine, but just remembered I had these pics
(from my 2009 Nortern Portugal tour on my r80g/s:)

id love another outfit ,went to the east european rally once (held every 4 years ) in leicster ,with peepingtom ,full of eccentrics ,and nutcases on sidecars, the type of people who make there own brake shoes ,love em :D

Talked to these guys at the Bike Show. Very well thought out using GS parts and design features. Think the inside bracing piece of the rear storage box is rather poorly thought out though. Upwards of ten K just for the chair. Kind of puts it well out of reach for most.

Anyone know what's going on with what appears to be the second oil cooler in Colt's piccy?

If it was mounted inside the chair, I could see it as a radiator for the chair pillion, but out there on the 'bonnet' like that? :nenau

Hi Bill, sorry i have no more pics or info on that GS.The rider/owners were not around to talk with.
I can remember it was on German plates , maybe its on a forum somewhere
