Ahem... £600 for rims?

Used as well:

Is that somewhat standard I'm guessing? I am interested in having an easy way of using knobblies for using off-road and wondered if anyone had any info.

(first bike, so I'm not sure if it's common to keep and swap rims or not, I have track day tyres for my car, bikes, not sure)
