Front shock somethings missing

Need some help here chaps.
I am in the process of fitting a pair of wilber shocks.
Can someone tell me whats missing?

Im thinking its the spacer/tube thingy that goes in the rubber. Am i correct?
Plus im thinking i need a washer for the bottom of the rubber.

The other part of the 'rubber' will likely be stuck to the underside if the frame casting.

As stated, probably one of items marked '2', which looks like you have 1 of them in the photo, the black rubber spacer.

Look in the hole on the frame from the top. If you see a metal spacer in the middle of the hole, the rubber bush and spacer is still in position in the frame.
Either poke it out and stick it on the top of you new unit , or leave it there and intall yer new springy thing.

I'd put a large diameter metal washer on the top of that new one though, to spread the loading on the rubber bush.
