I see some interesting Honda's here I haven't seen before.
Here's a CB750 Nighthawk I purchased last week. I saw it listed on Craigslist. It was listed as a “2000 with 4,800 miles, in very good shape” but there were no pictures. The owner said he thought he’d like to ride more after he retired but really never did, the last time it was run was a few years ago and it’d been sitting in his garage since. And it wouldn’t start. He was asking $3,000. It was just up the road so I went and looked at it. It was dirty but looked good with Honda windshield and backrest and the gas tank looked like new inside. I told him it need a battery, the 14 year old front tire replaced, carbs cleaned, brake fluid changed so we agreed on $2,500 and loaded it in my truck.
I cleaned it, installed a new battery, and drained the tank putting in fresh gasoline with a dose of Techtron. It started but wouldn’t idle but after running it for 150 miles it now idles and runs fine, with just a bit of a flat spot off idle. This tank has Seafoam in it so I’ll see after another 150 miles but at some point I’ll probably need to remove the carbs and floss the jets. Anyway here are a couple pics.

Yet another Honda for me
I picked this up last night after selling my GSA last week.
2000, FI, 19k miles, scottoiler, 12v socket and 9 months tax!!
Shes mint and needs nothing other than fuel for the next while hopefully...

the red hornet - in 99 3 months old and christened it at york drapgstrip
did a 12.4
(thats not me in the pic)
in 2001 - ran it in by taking it to mates in newcastle
(the red one got ran over by a lupo- its still alive tho)
900 bought in 2003 new pxed 850gs to dobles for it and gave them 500 quid
bought in 06 sold to a friend in 09 when they wanted 5500 for a train season ticket into london
french trip in 2007
bought for uncle pat then rode to ireland mine for all of 18 hours
bag of nails 900 bought from a friend - got exported to hungary
old mans 400 superfour - been all over ireland on it

bought two weeks ago
have pics of pan euro in italy but cant find them

Best 'Blade' ever..........I had a 2002 954, should never have sold it!

I had a 929. That was a great bike too but the 954 was probably the best blade built in my opinion..

The other bike is My mate Brians SP1 with an American RVT RC51 cheapo Chinese fairing on it so as the original could be kept mint. That nutter went to France in 2008 on it with me. I was on a Vstrom. We did 1500 miles in 6 days - He had to buy a pair of cycling shorts on the second day!!!

I will never get bored of the FireBlade, even after 11 years she still floats my boat ....I'm still looking for a 2nd bike.
My Blackbird, which I sold like an idiot 2 years ago for a newer one, which just isn't as good.
And my CB1300 which was great, but not good enough to replace the Bird.
My Pan 1300, which is very very close to being good enough to replace the Bird
And the wife dreaming (big time) on my newer Blackbird, which in the next few weeks gets a new set of panels in Red.
