Nice weather so a trip to the sea side was planned.
I like northern France, 270 miles Leeds to Dover, but not my plan this time.
Sheringham, well north of the halfway trip to Dover.
So how come my trip down was 250 miles and the return trip 245miles.
Despite following as close as possible to the sea as tarmac road allows I only saw the sea at the Humber bridge, coffee stop at Mablethorp and again at Kings Lynn until riding the wonderful coastal road from Hunstanton to Sheringham,
I conclude this is one big country and the Wash dose not exist and nobody has ever seen it.
PS if you get chance visit north Norfolk, I loved it and was surprised at the variety of architecture, scenery and riding.
