Multistrada 2013

We test rode the Multi GT this week from WM Snells, fantastic bike. My wife said its more comfortable than the RT. It has only one flaw that I can find and that is it still has a chain drive. If it was shaft drive I think it would outsell the GS as the Ducati would be the best option for anyone who doesn't ride off road. However for RTW peeps and p/t off roaders a GSA is clearly the right bike.

Its horses for courses, in 13,000 miles my F800GS has never been off road and its not likely to. I am thinking of replacing my R1200RT with a Multistrada GT as the RT is just too lumpy and boring.

A friend has today part exchanged his Triumph 800XC for a Pikes Peak, maybe theres revolution going on and its from Europe not Japan this time.

I ended up getting a Pikes Peak (with luggage and heated grips). Aside from a few foibles, I am happy with the bike. I see you're on the Ducati forum as well, I have a thread on there about it.

With a friend's GT:
