    ESA shock rebuilds

Apparently it is a known problem for the BMW ESA rear shocks to blow their damping qualities anytime from 20k miles onwards - DAMHIK

Anyhoo, when faced with the prospect of £1400 for a BMW replacement it is amazing how the mind can become focused and I found these guys.

Firefox Racing based in Keighley - I'm sure some of Northern brethren (johnnyboxer) will know of them.

£169 for a shock rebuild plus postage sounds like a good deal to me
